Paul Twins! {newborn shoot}

I've had many opportunities to shoot the Paul family (I photograph their kids so much, I have devoted an entire category to their family!) and I was excited when their newest additions arrived. Little Leah Irene and Nathan John were born on March 17th this year and they are absolutely adorable!

i'm back!

My stat counter tells me that I still have readers! Even after six weeks of nothingness on this blog. Originally, I had planned to schedule posts, but between all the packing and crazyness of leaving the country, I never got around to preparing the posts. I'm getting back in gear and I have to blog some families, infants, seniors and of course - my trip! They will all be coming shortly, so for now, enjoy some Europe photos :)

Bosnia!

As many of you know, I am headed overseas for six weeks. I am leaving on Sunday and will be traveling to Bosnia with EveryStudent, working students at the university there. I'm excited to travel there and I know I'll have many photos to share when I return!

Just a few business details to take care of...

kathryn m - senior teasers

I'm going to admit, this was one of my hardest shoots to date. Except Kathryn was not the problem - I was! We were pressed for time, I left my spare memory card at home (and for the first time, ran out of card space) and we were in a location new to me. But Kathryn was a champ! She's so beautiful and demure; it was a real pleasure to take her pictures. And I can't wait to share more very soon!

spring has sprung!

spring has been coming rather late this year. we're finally getting some leaves and the grass is so green!

The Snyder Family

I love this amazing family. The moved to North Carolina just after I took their pictures last year, but they've become such good friends and I've visited them since. I just returned from a trip there and had a very enjoyable time swimming in their pool and playing with the kiddos! Can't wait to see them again.

Parris Island, round two!

Some of you will remember my post back in November about my trip to Parris Island. I have one brother who graduated then and I'm back here now for my second brother's graduation!

I'm so proud of him!

(And. After several trips south, I want to move here!! Also, stay tuned for more baby pictures and senior shots when I return from the south!)

Welcome!

I've updated my site and changed a few things! I switched serves as I was generally unhappy with the comment system at Tumblr. In addition, they always seemed to be having technical issues and that's not cool when you're a photographer and want to show people your work. Not all of my images transferred over, so bear with me. I also have about a dozen other NEW shoots to blog, and I'm excited!
