2009 Recap.

2009 saw a huge leap in business for me. I was rather surprised as I haven't exactly advertised myself that much. I am thankful nonetheless for everything, but especially for my awesome clients. God has certainly blessed me! Here are some highlights:

I already shared a picture of my (real) family, but I wanted to share another picture of my second family (aka my xcountry team). I have captured each of them at one time or another. It's hard to imagine my life without them...and I've known them for less than 6 months. Love you all!

A few other things...

-I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. I can't believe 2009 is over - where does the time fly?! I'm super excited to see where 2010 takes me :) I have some tentative shoots lined for the beginning of 2010. Most of them are fun shoots for friends, but I love getting more experience! If you are interested in photos, please contact me as soon as possible! I'm going to start promoting my business more and I expect my calendar to fill up quickly. In the next couple of weeks, I will also be announcing new package deals/giveaways. Stay tuned!

-Some of you may remember Kristin Anderson, the fantabulous girl who has an awesome sense of style and is the epitome of all kreativity. She is simply amazing. This week, I found out she started a blog, but after starting it, she exclaimed that it was lonely. And that's where all of you come in. Since she's new to blogging, why do you stop by and prove to that blogging really isn't so lonely ;)

-Over MLK day, I'll be traveling to Philadelphia for a xcountry conference. Since I was elected to be an officer in my club (yay!), I have to attend some training sessions, but I'm hoping to do some sightseeing. I am SO psyched. Pennsylvania is one of my most favorite states and I can't wait to take pictures!

-Lastly, I finally caved and created a Facebook page for my photography. To be perfectly honest, I don't like it - I'm not a fan of facebook in general, but I have received more business because of this network. Rather than cluttering up my personal page and interacting with people I hardly knew, I decided this was the safest way to market my business. If you're inclined, you can follow me here.

Until next year!
